Forward on I go
On the path so many say
Is the lesser traveled
And for fools

No longer do I try
To trod two paths at one time
Stepping full onto the safer
When I fear there may be pain

Instead, I trod down the riskier one
Pain and happiness are both rewards
Along this trail
I see who I can and will become

Is that you I see
On this same path
Shall we rejoice
That we are not alone on this journey

Only for me
May I speak
For separate or together
On this path never alone will we be

For myself I choose to live and love
While others beg me take the safer path
But only Existing
I can no longer do

For now, it is time for me to shine
Brighter than the sun, moon and stars up in the sky
I hope you choose to do the same
